BARTON HILLS KITCHEN TRANSFORMATION
This 1980s kitchen was originally closed off, poorly lit, and lacked usable counter space. The homeowners wanted a more open layout with better flow into the living and dining areas. To achieve this, we removed a load-bearing wall and reworked the plumbing and electrical systems—all while maintaining a warm, inviting aesthetic. The finished space features custom cabinetry, a large central island with seating, and layered lighting that brightens the entire area. The result is a seamless, functional, and welcoming kitchen perfect for everyday living and entertaining.

DRIPPING SPRINGS PRIMARY BATHROOM REMODEL
The original primary bathroom felt cramped and outdated, with dark tile, limited storage, and poor lighting. The goal was to modernize the space and improve functionality without expanding the footprint. We removed the bulky tub and replaced it with a sleek walk-in shower, and used light-colored tiles and frameless glass to create an open, airy feel. Gold fixtures and warm lighting added the perfect touch of modern elegance—making this once-overlooked space both stylish and highly functional.

LAKEWAY STUDIO CONVERSION
The homeowners wanted an empty studio converted to a complete guest house while staying within budget. We reimagined the interior layout to improve flow, updated flooring, lighting, and finishes across all rooms, and introduced warm accents like wood tones and soft color palettes for cohesion. The transformation brought modern comfort, functionality, and personality to every space—turning the studio into a small mediterranean home.
